an action figure of the fourth doctor who, played on screen by tom baker from 1974-1981.
the figure stands roughly six inches high, and shows the doctor in red velvet jacket, hat, and long scarf. the costume he had in his early stories. the likeness is superb, right down to tom baker's grin. the hat does not come off but the head can be removed and replaced by another that comes with the figure that doesnt have the hat, but shows off his curly hair in all it's glory. this is rather small and thus a choking hazard so I wouldnt recommend this for the very young
the doctor's long scarf is well recreated in plastic.
the doctor's head can turn, his arms can be moved at the shoulders elbows and hands. the waist is fixed but the legs can be moved at the top, middle, and around the feet.
the other extras with this are the sonic screwdriver, which fits neatly into his right hand, and a piece of the figure of K1, the robot from his first story. this comes in eight pieces and one piece is given in each of this range.
the figure appears to have been cast from the same mould as the fifth doctor one, but when they're this good who cares? an excellent piece of work and likeness
