This is a great book to dip into with chapters on exercise, self-esteem etc whenever the need takes me. Its easy to read, entertaining and amusing without being instructive or condesending. I wouldn't part with my copy - I find it great to read in bed when feeling miserable - Joan gives you some inspiration to be more assertive and inspiration to change bad habits.
